Terms of Service

By commissioning me you automatically agree to my T.O.S. whether you chose to read them or not.

What I will and will NOT draw

• Although I am generally very relaxed in terms of what I can or am willing to draw, please be mindful of my skill level. Things I refuse to draw (either due to personal preference or a lack of skill level) are inflation, extreme fat fur art, extremely large breasts (inflation level), or extremely large genitalia on males (as in hyper things).• Body types must be in the realm of realistic, no sexualized baby-furs, scat, water-sports, fisting, egg laying, transformation, extremely or unnaturally fat, skinny, or overly hyper ripped/muscle characters. If you choose to commission me with such a character, I will draw them at a more reasonable body size (as in realistically reasonable but as close as the character as possible). In strong characters, visible veins are kept to a natural level. I am generally inexperienced with mech, machinery, vehicles, weapons, and armor, so if commissioned, be mindful that i will try my absolute best.• Feel free to ask me for inquiry on what I am and am not comfortable to draw if you are curious.

Contacting Me

• Commission inquiries and questions should be directed via Twitter DMs• I am more active and more easily reachable at my twitter account @Brit_Bork but i can also be reached on Furaffinity @Koijot

Pricing

• I recommend a quote be requested for me to give you the proper pricing for a desired commission.• Quotes can fluctuate with time, but I will hold to a quote for seven (7) days after an inquiry unless a special situation is presented. After seven days, the quote will be canceled if an order is not placed.• All of my prices are subject to change at any given moment, without notification.• Commissions in progress while a price change has taken effect will not be affected.

Refunds

• A FULL refund will only be given to commissions which have not been started, regardless of reasoning.• Partial refunds will be given on request and based on the stage at which the commission is at. The amount to be charged back will be based on the amount of work done.• Once a commission is completed, there is absolutely NO REFUNDS.• No refund will be given if you are slandering, or harassing me. This forfeits your refund.• In the event of a special circumstance, personal crisis, or an exceptionally prolonged delay (1 year or more), a commission can be cancelled at any given moment at my discretion, and a FULL refund will be issued; or the commission may be cancelled upon request and a FULL refund issued as long as is stated above is taken into account. DO NOT ISSUE A CHARGEBACK FOR A REFUND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Please inform me if you would like a refund and I will give you one if it fits the refund parameters.

Reposting

• The Commissioner, and myself, retain full right to repost the picture. The commissioner may ONLY post the low res watermarked version.•The high res version without a watermark sent to them through notes or email is for personal use only.• If you are not the commissioner and wish to repost my artwork somewhere else you must contact me first and tell me where you wish to upload it. You are then held to the same accountable rules of only uploading the watermarked version and you MUST link back to one of my accounts in some way shape or form.

Payments

• Payment is to be made upfront before a commission is started. If payment cannot be made within a 2 week period of an approved commission, the slot becomes forfeited and open for another potential customer.• For higher price commissions, a payment plan may be arranged upon request. If payment cannot be made in full, the commission will be cut off based off the amount received and the price equivalent on the pricing of work done.• I accept payment through PAYPAL.• DO NOT ISSUE CHARGEBACKS, OR ATTEMPT TO SWINDLE ME/ATTEMPT FRAUD.• You will be reported, the community informed, and a lawsuit/proper steps will be taken if the money is not returned.

Commission Process

• Please refer to my online presence for open commission slots and/or current work load. If you do not see your name on my To-Do list, feel free to let me know by sending me a DM.• For those who are interested, you may request a slot to be held if necessary. There is a 2 week deadline to receive payment, otherwise, the slot will be forfeited. I must be contacted via note on FA or Twitter DMs first to discuss the commission and express my approval.• Failure to send payment will result in a loss of a slot and will open up to the next interested client.• Owed art/commissions are worked on based on the drive and inspiration to do so. This ensures the best work is produced and that things are not rushed. This is the way I do my work, and if you are not okay with that, do not commission me or request art from me.

References

• A visual reference MUST be present for a commission. I refuse to work off of large walls of text. There is no excuse for this rule, anyone can find free line art and make a reference sheet really fast. Even if it is not the most beautiful thing in the world, thats okay I just require some form of VISUAL reference.

Waiting Lists and Requests

• A waiting lists may be kept for commissions I am interested in doing but currently cannot take on. The list is small but reserved for larger projects. I reserve the right to add, remove and rotate anyone on the waiting list at my sole discretion.• I typically will not accept requests, but in the event I make an exception, requests can never be considered guaranteed artwork. If a request is made, I cannot be held to a deadline for completion. This applies to all free works offered as well. Requests/and free art can be cancelled for any and all (or no) reason at any time with no warning.

What is to be expected during the commission process

Progress shots / Works in progress

• I will only provide multiple work in progress (WIP) images for larger scaled commissions, commissions with complex details, ref sheets, or for highly complex overall pieces. Commissions that are simple sketches do not quality for WIPs.• Any commission that is more than a bare sketch receives a WIP of the sketch upon request to see if everything is satisfactory to the customer. If I deem by personal discretion that numerous WIPs are necessary to check with the commissioner, I will send them by notes or email. This requires the commissioner to be readily available at all times so that work can continue as quickly as possible.

Deadlines and Time Frames

• I prefer not to work on a set deadline. I like to take my time and calmly finish artwork and not have it be rushed. I feel that by taking my time, you will be getting the most out of your money. I try to spend no more than a month working on a reasonably laborious piece (if it is the ONLY thing on my To-Do list. Be mindful of my work load), and it will never extend beyond six months unless required for the commissions type/the piece is extremely complex. Please do not harass me for an estimated completion date.• Consistent harassment may result in a partial refund and cancellation of a full commission. if a piece needs to be rushed, defined as taking an immense amount of time in a limited time frame, an additional fee will be charged. The latter will be assessed and brought up to the client if a rush fee is necessary. Do not excessively note me for commission/owed art completion. The only reasonable time to ask is if you are not on my To-Do list located on Trello or if you have not heard an update from me in a reasonably long time. Otherwise I do my best to keep you updates on the progress of your image.

What needs to be understood after the commission is complete

Revisions

• I will allow up to 3 changes to a commission post-completion at no additional cost. These changes MUST be relatively small and easy fixes. Any more than three changes, and an extra fee must be paid for my time.•This does not include any major changes, like a character redesign, or reposing. This is not included in free changes, these types of large scale changes will cost a fee.• Reposing MUST be addressed in the sketch WIP, reposing is NOT a possibility in the more advanced stages of work. Please look over your commission thoroughly and included as many mistakes found all at once which makes it easier for me to get it finished on time. If you come back to me 3 days later for any more changes, your requests for free changes will be void, and a fee must be paid to make changes. Changes that are due to my own mistakes when the commissioner has explicitly given me the correct and exact information will be fixed for free.

Commissioner's Rights

• Clients retain complete ownership of the character(s) in the commission which originally belonged to them.• They have the right to post their commission onto art sites, image boards, and other social media outlets if desired, so long as they ask me first, any signature or watermark is not tampered or edited, you include my name, you provide a link to my internet presence (dA, FA, etc), proper crediting, and so long as no profit is made from the commissioned piece by the commissioner or third party.• Clients will receive a full, high-resolution copy of the original piece if requested, as well as a smaller, optimized file for sharing( if applicable). Unwatermarked versions (will still contain my signature, just not site links/rights marking) CAN be sent to the commissioner, but they MAY NOT be publicly shared at ANY COST.• Any person found publicly sharing a commissioned work without the water marks will be notified, and their opportunities to acquire art from me, free or paid, will be revoked.

Artist's Rights

• I retain the right to post the commission onto art sites, personal website, social media sites and include in an art portfolio if desired, at no additional monetary gain for the exception of examples of commissioned work. If a client wished I not publicly share a commission, it must be acknowledged prior to commissioning, and not in post.• Commissions that are requested to not be shared with the public can and may be shared privately with my close companions for art sharing and learning/feedback purposes.• I reserve the ownership of any of my own personal character(s) included in a commission, if included with a client’s character(s), if applicable. I retain the right to ask you to remove all images at any time. I prefer not to do this but in some cases I have found it necessary to do so and will never be prompted to do so unless valid reasoning is given.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any or no reason at all, and can cancel a commission at any time. Upon cancellation, refunds are given. If the cancellation is due to customer harassment, your rights to a refund are given up, and I do not need to refund you.• I retain the right to watermark all of my works, and said water marks are to not be removed in ANY situation. Unwatermarked versions are to NEVER be shared online/publicly where the work may be taken and used by a third party.• Upon the client's request, an additional watermark with the client's own information and online presence can be included on any piece, which is suggested as it reduces the risk of character theft, especially on reference sheets.
